Returns Policy

UK Returns

Returning unwanted items costs £3.50 per order, deducted from your refund total. Items must be unused and in original condition, returned within 30 days of purchase. Processing takes 8-10 working days.

For exchanges, place a new order. International customers must cover return postage costs. We’re not responsible for returns lost in transit. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

Return Conditions

  • Never apply returns labels to original product packaging
  • Use separate boxes/parcel bags for returns
  • All items are inspected upon return
  • Clothing may be tried for sizing but not worn during activity (shorts must be tried over clean underwear)
  • Original packaging and tags must remain attached (incomplete packaging may result in refusal or restocking fees)
  • Shoes with heat-molded features or fitted cleats cannot be returned
  • Completed returns forms are mandatory to avoid processing delays

Special Product Restrictions

  • Neoprene products (wetsuits) are inspected before dispatch – returns not accepted for try-on damage
  • Out-of-date or open nutrition products cannot be returned
  • Unsealed face masks are non-returnable for health reasons

Large Item Returns

Additional charges apply for:

  • Bikes/bike boxes: £35
  • Indoor bikes: £100
  • Turbo trainers/wheels/workstands or items exceeding 61x46x46cm: £15
    Fees waived for faulty/wrong items1

International Returns

  • 30-day return window from order date
  • Original packaging and tags required
  • No refunds for duties/taxes (reclaim through local customs)
  • Tracking/Certificate of Postage strongly recommended
  • Mark packages: “Returned Goods – Failed Sale”

Cancellations

You may cancel orders within 30 days of receiving goods (or last item for multi-part orders). See professionalscycling.com/consumer-contracts for details.
